Willoughby has been in business for over 25 years starting off in Ohio as a provider of independent engineering services for major corporations, such as Dupont.


In 2001, Willoughby was established here in the Poconos as a Home Improvement and Repair business.


James Willoughby holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering Degree from the University of Dayton in Ohio.
